I was really nervous about going. Obviously there is some stigma around sexual health clinics and having never been to one I was unsure what to expect. Every member of staff I interacted with was professional and welcoming. The lady who carried out my appointment was very down to earth and relatable. She put me at ease and discussed all options with me, along with other concerns and interests I had. I couldn’t have asked for more and I know I won’t feel worried if I ever need to use the service again.

More of an understating about wait times.

I give Brook atThe Greens, Dudley 5 stars as tge clinic & team were 100% professional, punctual, respectful & gave a thorough explanation during my appointment - covering all bases I requested. From my phone call to reception- absolutely informative & helpful with procedure. The lovely Zoe was my clinician, she was supa passive & very easy to deal with. Totally professional, with great knowledge & instruction with procedure, treatment if necessary& how my results would follow. THE BEST service I've ever received from a sexual health clinic! Incomparable

I totally understand that your practice operates many clinics at the same time, as stated on notice boards in the waiting room. However, to give an idea of waiting time upon arrival would be great for me personally! No pressure intended, as I realise I attended a walk-in clinic.

The staff were excellent and caring and made me feel comfortable despite being nervous about going to the clinic. I also didn't wait long to be seen despite it being a walk in clinic.

I was treated by Claire who was one of the friendliest and most professional nurses I have met. She was professional but very human, not just cold and medical! She talked me through everything she was about to do and made it clear we could stop at any time. Claire gave me the right amount of information I needed and went through the options I had. She put me very much at ease; not only by carefully explaining everything, but by having a normal chat with me too. I felt completely respected and listened to at every point. Claire is an absolute credit to Brook and is exactly the kind of person I would want treating me in this situation.

A 10am appointment just to collect medication turned into an hour waiting and myself having to prompt them I was still waiting. process needs to be looked at. However the staff are all very friendly and apologetic.

Pre booked appointments should be seen within a better waiting time.
